FaceShape (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.faceshape.com and FaceShape mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
This Privacy Policy governs your usage of FaceShape mobile applications, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We may collect facial images and facial geometry data to enable facial recognition technology. This data is used to identify individuals for certain features and services, such as profile creation, account authentication, and customized experiences.
We may collect voice data for certain features and services, such as video editing, voice recognition, and other related functions. This data may include voice samples and patterns, voiceprints, and other related information.
We may collect and analyze video data for certain features and services, such as video editing and analysis. This data may include visual characteristics, movements, and other related information.
Our app uses AI technology to generate personalized images based on user's face data. When you upload a picture of your face, we process this data solely for the purpose of creating customized images that include your likeness. We do not use face data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Face data is stored securely and is only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the service you've requested. Typically, this period does not exceed 30 days from the date of your last interaction with our app, after which the data is automatically deleted. This timeframe allows us to offer you a seamless experience should you choose to generate additional images within this period. If you wish for your data to be deleted sooner, you can request this at any time through our app's settings or by contacting our support team.
We implement state-of-the-art security measures to protect your face data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include, but are not limited to, encryption, access control, and secure storage solutions. Our commitment to your data's security is paramount, and we continuously update and test our security technology to enhance data protection.
We place the highest importance on your privacy and the security of your data. To protect your personal information, we strictly adhere to a policy of not sharing your face images with any third parties. This means that the unique face data you provide to generate images within our app will never be sold, shared, distributed, or made accessible to any external companies, organizations, or individuals under any circumstances.
Our commitment to your privacy extends to all aspects of our app's functionality and operations. We believe that your trust in our service is paramount, and we uphold this principle by ensuring that your face images are used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the services requested by you, the user, and for no other purpose.
The only exceptions to this policy would occur if we are required by law to disclose specific information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In such rare instances, we will provide only the specific data requested and will notify you of this disclosure if legally allowed.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
