Because a lot of people have opinions on someone but still post for people to rate them. I thought she was mainly gonna score around 9 or 10 but for some reason people are voting 7 which makes no sense

Yeah I agree. She's probably one of the hottest women I've seen and she's definitely not a 7 which is just a bit above average. I think by making a huge fuss about it tho its just gonna cause more people to vote that tho since they know it gets a reaction.
