Is faceshape working?
Is anyone else finding this is not working even with a clear good picture?

Hi thanks, no nothing just says no face detected but photos are clear pictures

Interesting, can you try with a celebrity picture from the internet to see if it works at all? If it works with a celebrity picture, we can take a look at the picture you tried to see where the error is if you feel comfortable sharing.
If it doesn't work with a celebrity picture either, can you give more information about which device and browser are you using? Like ios/android/osx or windows?

Doesn't appear to work with any pictures at all but was working fine just the other day. Samsung browser/ android

Ok thanks for the information. We did a big upgrade on the libraries we use this weekend, so it's possible that some bug slipped in. We'll debug it today and hopefully fix it either today or tomorrow, if we can't fix it, we'll just go back to the old version until we figure it out.
