It depends on the company. Some companies will hire pretty much anyone while other will only hire those who are top tier. I think you could have a shot for a lower class one but might not be suitable for a high class that will only hire 9s or above

Then again, you see models that look like solid 4s and 3s, imho, being hired because of their "proportions" (supposedly). I wouldn't say his looks would be a problem, personally.
