I think if you want to do a good side profile pic, try looking forward, not at the camera. Also get yourself a tripod and put some distance between you and the camera, otherwise it's a bit of stretch, you seem to be using your left arm try to catch the right side of your face(?). And remember that the back camera on your phone is a much better camera than the front facing one, so try using that if you're not already. The background is pretty generic too, just a shot at home, you can try to change that as well. Otherwise, you do have a nice jawline, just need to figure out how to showcase it. Hope that helps!
