I have fine hair. It looks ugly when it's long, people tell me that I'm thinning, that they have like 3-4x more hair than I have so I like to cut it short. It's not visible in the picture but my hair is slightly above my shoulders in length now.

I would like to go blond (it may soften my ugly square face) and cut it straight (to make my hair look more thick) and in chin length(to fight with my ugly chin). Is it a good idea or would you recommend something else? (also, it may not look like it from the picture but I am a cold skin type, very pale most of the time and red in the sun, I might have brown eyes but my hair is actually lighter in color than regular brown, I would say it's ash blond naturally)
